Món chay ngon không hề đơn điệu mà lại tốt cho sức khỏe nhờ rau củ tươi và vị ngon không thể thiếu đó là hạt nêm Knorr vị nấm hương. Mình đã dùng và rất thường xuyên. Cả nhà hãy sắm cho gian bếp của mình ít nhất là một sản phẩm nghen. Rất ngon, hãy tin mình nè 😍
Thịt bò chay ngâm nước cho nở mềm, mỗi miếng cắt đôi và vắt khô. Nấm cắt bỏ gốc ngâm nước muối loãng 10 phút sau đó rửa sạch bằng nước lạnh. Bông cải xanh cắt từng bông nhỏ ngâm nước muối loãng 5 phút sau đó rửa lại nước lạnh. Cà rốt bào vỏ cắt khoanh 1cm và tỉa hoa cho đẹp. Củ hành tây và ớt chuông cắt múi cau lớn sau đó cắt đôi thành những miếng vuông. Hành baro cắt mỏng. Cho tất cả nguyên liệu vào âu to hoặc thau, nồi. Ướp nguyên liệu với tất cả gia vị trên bài trừ dầu thực vật. Ướp 15 phút.
Nguyên liệu đã ướp xong. Làm nóng chảo với dầu thực vật. Cho hành baro vào phi thơm, trút hết rau củ thịt đã ướp vào xào đều trong 3 phút cho rau củ chín vừa và thấm vị. Nếm xem vừa vị của gia đình chưa, nếu thích đậm vị hơn thì cho thêm ít hạt nêm nấm hương Knorr vào nhé.
