Cho 188gr phô mai Cheedar, 63gr phô mai Parmesan, 1 muỗng cà phê muối, 115g bơ lạt, 120g bột mì vào âu lớn trộn cho hỗn hợp quyện vào nhau. Sau đó cho từ từ 2 muỗng canh nước vào trộn cho đến khi hỗn hợp bông lên như những bông cải trắng.
Trải một tấm nilon lên mặt phẳng, cho hỗn hợp bột phô mai ra, gấp lại tạo thành khối vuông và để ủ vài giờ. Mở bột ra, cán mỏng rồi chia thành từng đường bằng nhau và cắt hình tam giác hay bất cứ hình gì bạn thích.
Lót giấy nến lên khay nướng, cho bột bánh lên khay, nhớ chừa khoảng trống mỗi miếng bột nhè. Mở lò trước 10 phút ở 375 độ F. Cho bánh vào nướng khoảng 15 - 17 phút, chú ý thấy bánh đã chuyển sang màu vàng nâu đẹp mắt thì lấy bánh ra.
Có thể cho bánh vào hũ thủy tinh bảo quản và dùng dần. Hoặc ăn liền nếu thích. Bạn có thể rắc một chút muối lên trên để tăng thêm vị.
