Món canh củ mài nấu thịt này thì củ được mài nhuyễn tạo cho nước canh có độ sệt lại trong thật hấp dẫn và kích thích. Nước canh vừa miện, thêm thịt heo được bằm nhỏ hơi béo béo.
Củ mài gọt sạch vỏ, rửa sạch rồi đặt lên thớt. 1 tay cố định củ mài, tay còn lại dùng lưỡi dao vừa cạo vừa tán nhuyễn từ từ củ mài lên thớt.
Phi thơm đầu hành lá với 10ml dầu ăn, cho thịt băm vào đảo nhanh tay cho thịt hơi săn lại. sau đó thêm 4 chén nước lọc vào, đậy nấp đun sôi. Khi nước sôi thì cho củ mài vào, dùng khuấy cho củ mài không bị vón cục. Khi nước sôi trở lại được 5-10 phút thì nêm 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt và 1/3 muỗng cà phê tiêu. Khuấy đều rồi tắt bếp.
Múc canh ra tô, rắc thêm hành lá và dùng với cơm nóng nhé! Món canh dùng nóng sẽ rất là ngon đấy!
