Cà rốt và khoai tây gọt vỏ, thái thành những miếng nhỏ. Hành tây bóc bỏ vỏ, thái nhỏ. Cho cà rốt, khoai tây, hành tây vào nồi, thêm 600ml nước, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh siro bắp, đậy nắp đun lửa to cho chín. Sau đó dùng máy xay sinh tố cầm tay xay nhuyễn hỗn hợp trong nồi.
Tiếp tục thêm vào nồi gồm: 360ml sữa tươi không đường, 240ml kem sữa tươi, khuấy đều đun sôi ít phút thì tắt bếp.
