Gừng và hành đem rửa sạch, băm nhỏ. Thịt heo rửa sạch, băm nhuyễn. Đổ thịt heo, gừng và hành vào bát. Thêm hạt nêm, nước mắm và hạt tiêu rồi trộn đều.
Cà rốt nạo sạch vỏ, băm nhỏ và trộn vào bát thịt. Thêm bột mì, muối, dầu đậu phộng và một chút nước vào bát. Dùng đũa đảo đều tay.
Sau khi trộn đều các nguyên liệu, nặn thành viên tròn vừa phải. Bỏ thịt vào nồi áp suất, thêm vài lát ớt (nếu bạn muốn ăn cay), hấp khoảng 10 phút cho thịt chín rồi gắp bày ra đĩa.
Có thể trang trí thêm rau cho món ăn thêm đẹp mắt. Chắc chắn bé yêu nhà bạn sẽ không chối từ một món ăn hấp dẫn như thế này đâu!
